Size guide - Standard fit
Standard fit shirts are about 5cm wider at the chest and waist with a slightly wider sleeve for those with a bigger or more muscular body.

How do I measure myself?
Neck: Place the measuring tape around the base of your neck, with a finger underneath to ensure a comfortable fit.
Chest: Measure the circumference of your chest and back in the widest part, usually 2-3 cm below your armpits.
Waist: In a natural standing position, measure your waist at the same height as your belly button.
Sleeves: Measure from the back and center of your neck at the spine, to the end of the shoulder at the top of your arm, and then from the top of your arm to just below your wrist, with your arm in a natural, slightly bent position to ensure a comfortable fit.
