Shipping & returns

• What is your shipping policy?

All orders over 80€ ship for free (EU & Switzerland only). Standard shipping takes 3 - 7 days, expedited shipping around 2 days.

• Do you ship to my country?

We ship anywhere a package will arrive. Courier services (DHL, UPS, etc...) will be chosen depending on your country, but tracking may or not be available once outside the EU.

Keep in mind your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you will be responsible for.

• What is your return policy?

We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase on all EU orders. As long as the item is in good condition, still has the original label attached, and has no signs of wear or use you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
